LOCAL PICK-UP
If you are local to Elk River, MN and would like to save on shipping costs, use code "LOCALPICKUP" at checkout. This code waives any shipping costs to items you have added to your cart, and you have 24 hours to reach out to me either by email or Facebook to arrange a pick up date and time.

Pick up location is strictly in Elk River. Date, time, and exact location within Elk River will be tailored to each customer's needs with minor limitations.

* Due to COVID-19, in-person contact will be limited. Strain Creation is taking social distancing seriously to keep you and myself safe. To eliminate in-person contact, a drop off site will be agreed upon and I ask that we practice social distancing during this interaction. Thank you for being proactive with me!
SHIPPING
All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

I like to reuse when possible, please note your items may arrive in Amazon packaging.

I am very efficient with shipping times, but please allow one to two days to prepare your item(s). If your item(s) need special attention or are delivery date sensitive, please email me and I will make your shipment an absolute priority.
RETURN POLICY
I do not accept general returns or exchanges. Please note these items are handmade and there may be some minor imperfections, however, if there is a problem with your order please contact me and I will do what I can to resolve the issue!

The majority of my items come with care instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damaging your handmade product. Please understand that I am not responsible for lack of care once an item is in your possession.
